Attendees: Rajeev, Svetlozar, Sebastien, Dick, Yue

We discussed a system implementation proposal written by Yue and
Sebastien.  This system converts plain text documents into XML documents.
We basically agreed on the proposal, Yue and Sebastien will refine and
implement a simple version of the system during the next few weeks.
