The Sagent Data Mart Solution is a family of integrated products for populating, managing, and accessing data marts. I will describe the overall product architecture and show how the same technology is used to deliver data from OLTP systems to DataMarts as well as from DataMarts to end user's desktop. I will discuss some of the technical issues involved with loading and querying a dimensional DataMart and some of the solutions provided by the Sagent product.
