Amol Deshpande is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at the
University of Maryland at College Park, with a joint appointment at the  
University of Maryland Institute for Advanced Computer Studies (UMIACS).
He received his PhD from University of California at Berkeley in 2004, 
and his B.Tech. degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 1998.
His research interests include uncertain data management, adaptive query 
processing, data streams, graph analytics, and sensor networks.
