for reference in discussions(Also: make front of Title relevant, rhs is cut off on spreadsheets)
- Cite briefly prior results
no time to go to references
Rule for large proposals
Describe your project in a brief paragraph
Put it on a flier with lines for signatures
Go to a shopping mall with a card table
Ask passerbys to sign if they want to have a dollar of their taxes go to your project.
The PM will defend you with this paragraph.
