Better than the first one!
Once Upon A Time In China is extremely good, but the political rhetoric gets in the way at times.
In this sequel, the sentiments of the characters stay true, but more time is devoted to character development and action!
A classic - must-see film for any fans of ... Complete Review

This one is better than the first. The "magic" is there. It's a technical predecessor to Crouching Tiger. A Must See for Jet Li fans.

This is one of Jet Li's best action movies based on a martial arts novel. Nothing are better than Jet Li and Donnie Yen.

The fight scenes were fun to watch and well choreographed. The plot of these three movies are typical of the Chinese Kung Fu genre. I enjoy the current Jet Li movies and wanted to see his earlier works.

Use it for a drink coaster or Christmas tree ornament, but don't bother watching, unless you know Chinese!!!

Action filled love story with plenty of martial arts and it seems some history and some fables. It also showed how intolerable people can be even to children who believe different than them.
