In my spare time I like to look at pictures of food, read math and compsci blogs, read academic papers in everything from Biology to Political Economy of Media, listen to jam bands, and watch public broadcasting.

Terence Tao!! If you want to feel completely inadequate, look at his blog What's New. If on the other hand you want to see an amazing mathematician give you stuff to think about, try his google buzz.
The Unapologetic Mathematician is very gifted at writing mathematics and will give you an advanced and broad view of a lot of things you learned in undergraduate math courses (See in particular his linear algebra and analysis stuff)
This is a really good blog about the foundations of mathematics and computer science
When he's writing math and not ranting Mark Chu-Carroll writes some really good math stuff
