Current WorkSpring 1998
Education
I am a graduate student in the Computer Science Department of
Stanford University. I am a
member of the Database Group.
If everything goes as planned, I will graduate with a Master's
degree in Spring 1998.
Research
I work as a graduate research assistant for the CHAIMS project. We are
working to create a megaprogramming language, called CHAIMS.
Megaprogramming is programming in the large, where the goal of a
megaprogram is organizational rather than computational. CHAIMS, as a
megaprogramming language, is a typeless scripting language that can be
used to model and control the asynchronous execution of remotely
distributed large scale components.
In addition to doing my own research, I supervise and manage the
CHAIMS project, which has included up to ten members at a time.
My supervising professor is
Prof. Gio Wiederhold.
