Note: the .jar files are executable by themselves. You can simply start the PhotoSpread application by double-clicking on the .jar file in the File Explorer, or through the usual: java -jar photoSpreadVx.jar.
Alternatively, the .bat file starts the application as well. The difference is that the .bat file uses Java command line options that provide the application with more memory than the default.
