DoodleSearch: Sketch your own data model

DoodleSearch has users create abstract images with ink or media elements. Those will serve as search interface to diverse data. Elements may be low-fidelity sketches of timelines, maps, or sensors. Clipart or simply text work as well. Once the UI is complete and an association mesh with underlying data has been established, users point to, or circle visual elements to recall data. The UI is intended mostly for pen based devices.

In addition to users' base data, metadata may be associated with data items: Time of photo creation; weather when sensor data was recorded; location where text file was created, ...

Dragging data onto the graphic elements trains a machine learning algorithm. Once training is complete, users point at UI elements to retrieve related data.
