There were a number of bugs in the questions, which have been fixed:

1. Parentheses were needed around "managerId" in several choices.

2. Many people have discovered that Oracle allows NULL as a constant in certain situations. It is my understanding of the standard that NULL cannot be used in places where constants are expected.

3. There is a "FROM" missing in a slide about fetching from cursors. The standard requires "FROM".
