Trio, under the supervision of Jennifer Widom
and Martin Theobald
Trio is a new kind of database management system, in which data, uncertainty of the data, and data lineage are all first-class citizens. Trio is based on an extended relational model called ULDBs, and it supports a SQL-based query language called TriQL. - Productism

- 2007-2008, Red Herring: I developed a social networking site for entrepreneurs and investors called Red Herring 27.
- 2006, Infosys: I interned in Infosys' R&D lab in Bangalore. See my paper on Trip-time-based congestion detection
- 2006, started an e-commerce company selling Ice Watches.
- 2006, WeatherWay: a short-lived marine software company I co-founded with another Polytechnique alumni.

- Fall '07, CS309a: short paper on the Next Significant Breakthroughs in Software as a Service
- Fall '07, CS448: Measurement and Analysis of Second Life: I developed a set of scripted objects that periodically sense their environment and send information about the virtual world to an outside server which compute interesting statistics.
- Spring '07, CS348b: I implemented a physically realistic camera model in order to simulate some of the interesting lens-internals related phenomenas in real cameras: lens flares and light scattering.
- Spring '07: short paper about Entrepreneurship in Asia
- Winter '07, CS345b: MapMySearch: XQuery-powered "websites locator" mashup between Google Search API, the Whois database, and Alexa Web Services, displayed in a Google Maps interface.
