Several pieces of documentation have been already completed in the four phases such as the requirement documents, the usage scenarios, and the architecture documents.

The user manual is easy to generate. Simply cut and paste sections of the already existing requirement and design documents along with screen shots   from the application into a consistent end-user guide.
